These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Z3 Systems LLC ("z3n.gg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of https://z3n.gg and related services (the "Platform").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
"Creator" means a user who offers paid 1-on-1 video call sessions through the Platform.
"Fan" means a user who books and pays for a Creator session through the Platform.
"Session" means a 1-on-1 browser-based video call between a Creator and a Fan facilitated through the Platform.
"Booking" means a reservation for a Session at a specified time and price displayed on the Platform.
"Fees" means amounts charged by us for use of the Platform, including the platform fee described in Section 6.
18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform in any way, including browsing, creating an account, booking a Session, or offering Sessions as a Creator.
No minors. You may not use the Platform on behalf of anyone under 18. You may not invite, encourage, or permit minors to participate in Sessions.
Verification. We may require age or identity verification at any time. If you fail verification, we may suspend or terminate your access and cancel Bookings.
Marketplace facilitator for live Sessions. The Platform allows Fans to book and pay for Sessions with Creators. Creators provide the services; we provide the platform technology and payment flow.
No guarantee of availability or outcomes. We do not guarantee that any Creator will be available, that any Booking will occur as planned, or that any Session will meet your expectations.
Not professional services. The Platform is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency service. Do not rely on Sessions for professional advice or urgent assistance.
Account access. You may be required to create an account or authenticate (including via "magic link" email authentication) to access certain features.
You are responsible. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your email and devices.
Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated.
Booking details. When a Fan makes a Booking, the Booking will specify the Creator, price, duration, start time, and any applicable rules shown at checkout.
Joining and connectivity. Sessions are browser-based and require compatible devices, internet connectivity, and permissions (e.g., camera/microphone). You are responsible for your own setup.
Behavior during Sessions. You must behave respectfully. Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, sexual exploitation, and illegal conduct are prohibited (see Section 11).
No recording without consent. You may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture a Session (audio/video/chat) without the express consent of all participants and as permitted by applicable law.
Session start and end. The Platform may enforce time limits. A Session may end automatically when the scheduled time expires or for technical/safety reasons.
Pay upfront. Fans pay upfront at the time of Booking.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). You agree to any applicable payment processor terms presented during checkout.
Platform fee. We charge Creators a platform fee currently equal to 20% of amounts paid by Fans for Sessions (the "Platform Fee"), unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
Changes. We may change the Platform Fee with notice (e.g., via the Platform, email, or by updating these Terms).
Taxes may apply. Taxes may apply depending on location and applicable law. We may collect and remit taxes where required.
Creator taxes. Creators are responsible for their own income taxes and reporting obligations.
If we offer optional add-ons such as tips, extended time, or other upgrades:
Completed Sessions are final. Fees are generally non-refundable for Sessions that are completed.
No-shows and major technical failures. We may provide a refund, credit, or rescheduled Session at our discretion if:
A "no-show" generally means failing to join the Session within 10 minutes of the start time. We may adjust this window or apply different rules depending on circumstances.
Refund/credit requests must be submitted to support@z3n.gg within 24–48 hours of the scheduled Session time, including Booking details and a brief explanation.
We reserve the right to deny requests that appear abusive, repetitive, or inconsistent with Platform logs.
Contact us first. If you believe there was a problem with a Booking, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks increase costs and can result in account restrictions.
Evidence. If you initiate a chargeback, we may submit evidence to the payment processor/bank (including confirmation emails, Session join/leave logs, timestamps, and other platform records).
Dispute impact. If a Fan initiates a chargeback or payment dispute related to your Session or Booking, we may:
Cooperation required. You agree to cooperate with dispute investigations (e.g., providing context) if requested.
We may restrict or terminate access for Users (Fans or Creators) who repeatedly dispute charges, generate unusually high dispute rates, or otherwise create material risk for the Platform.
Payout setup is required to get paid. To receive payouts, Creators must complete payout setup through our payment partners (currently Stripe Connect Standard).
Not required to start booking. We may allow Creators to start accepting Bookings before payout setup is complete; however, we will not send payouts until payout setup is completed.
Stripe terms. Creators agree to Stripe's connected account terms as part of onboarding.
Payout schedule. Payouts are intended to be processed bi-weekly (for example, every other Friday), subject to:
No guarantee. Payout timing is not guaranteed; we may delay payouts where reasonably necessary.
To protect the Platform and comply with payment processor rules, we may:
If chargebacks, refunds, fees, or adjustments exceed your available earnings, your Creator balance may become negative. We may recover negative balances from future earnings or other lawful methods.
Creators are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between z3n.gg and any Creator.

You may not use the Platform to:
We may remove content, end Sessions, suspend accounts, or take other actions if we believe a violation occurred.
Zero-Tolerance Policy. Any user who engages in sexually explicit or offensive conduct, harassment, or abuse during a Session may be immediately removed and permanently banned without refund. Payments associated with violations are forfeited and non-refundable.
User interactions are your responsibility. You are responsible for your interactions with other Users, including what you say or do during Sessions.
Safety. Use good judgment. If you feel unsafe, end the Session and contact support.
No obligation to monitor. We are not obligated to monitor Sessions, but we may do so to enforce policies, comply with law, or investigate abuse.
Our IP. The Platform, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law.
Your content. You retain rights to content you provide, subject to the limited license below.
License to operate the Platform. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Platform and provide Sessions.
The Platform relies on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, video infrastructure, and email providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or interruptions, and your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree that we can process your data as described there.
By you. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or for other lawful reasons.
Effect on payouts. If you are suspended or terminated, we may withhold payouts as necessary to cover disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or policy enforcement.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL z3n.gg BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SESSION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO z3n.gg IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless z3n.gg and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your Sessions, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., on the Platform or by email). Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
